Doc Hayward's Plumbing & Gas Service holds a 4.3 rating from 18 Google reviews. Most recent reviews praise prompt, tidy work and fair prices. Review text is limited, and the older 1-star reviews describe lateness and slow quotes.
Customers who call for hidden water leaks describe quick replies and visits that happen when promised. Reviewers repeatedly say the technician, Damian, finds leaks under concrete slabs without guesswork and keeps them updated. Several say the pricing felt fair, and one said a leak was not found but the advice still helped. Recent reviews add praise for helpful referrals. Damian has pointed customers to a plumber for repairs, and one reviewer said he explained how to apply for a Water Corp leak allowance. Several reviews describe him as neat, clean, and happy to stay until the job is done.
Recent reviewers say technicians turn up on time, explain the job, and leave the site tidy. Jake, Connor, Blake and Colin come up most often. Hot water and tap jobs get quick, clear fixes. The one low rating is from eight months ago and alleges an inflated quote. Newer reviews praise fair pricing and clear quotes, so that complaint looks resolved. Most reviews also mention same-day or in-window service.
